Job Description – Conversion Agents (FX Industry)

Our client, a fast-growing international FX brokerage, is expanding its operations in Mauritius and is looking for experienced Conversion Agents to join their high-performing sales team.

Position: Conversion Agent (FX Industry)

What You'll Do

• Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients through outbound calls.
• Present the company's trading products and services professionally.
• Guide clients through the account opening and first deposit process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry (mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong closing and objection-handling abilities.
Target-driven with a passion for sales and earning high commissions.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
