Job Summary:

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, including developing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and ensuring excellent patient care. Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, adhere to relevant laws and policies, and complete necessary training.

Essential Functions:

· Follow state Practice Act and Our clients policies.

· Review and adhere to Clinical Operations Policies & Procedures Manual annually.

· Complete required Medicare and OSHA training.

· Evaluate, treat, and document patient care accurately.

· Maintain clear documentation of patient progress and medical necessity.

· Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders.

· Attend facility meetings and complete required continuing education.

· Maintain CPR certification.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Meet productivity requirements and participate in clinical in-services.

· Stay updated on healthcare and physical therapy developments.

· Contribute to specific center operations and handle special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

· Effective team collaboration and leadership.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and reaching.

· Sufficient visual acuity and auditory skills for patient care and documentation.

· Fine motor skills for writing and handling equipment.

Required Credentials:

· Graduation from a physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or, in the case of an internationally educated physical therapist, from a non-CAPTE accredited program seeking licensure as a physical therapist, a substantially equivalent education.

· State licensure/registration where applicable.
