The job:
Looking for a dynamic and independent person with great communication skills to act as Sales Development Representative. Its main function will be prospecting for leads, by phone, email and social networks. The main objective is to present the company's solutions and attract new partners.
Profile:
- Fluent English;
- 1-3+ years of experience in the real estate market (preferably in a brokerage/agency);
- Understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions within and between brokers/agencies;
- Understanding of technology for real estate professionals;
- Service-oriented mentality;
- Self-disciplined, organized;
- Curiosity, strong growth mentality, ability to learn fast;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Empathetic with the ability to understand customer pain and help with our solutions.

Functions:
-Making telephone contact with customers and potential customers who match the company's profile, to explain our services, present the business demo;
-Establish contact with leads who showed interest in our services;
-Do active prospecting for potential customers;
-Organize opportunities in our CRM tool and ensure they are in the right steps;
Conditions:
- Compensation according with the candidate experience and expectations; + Commissions (may reach 40% of the gross annual salary)
- Food allowance of 100 euros per month
