About the job Business Analyst

  • Provide system update/improvements required by the new product by translating these into business requirements and user specifications. This will cover onboarding, after-sales, and Day 2 requirements.
  • Align user specs with Product Tribe team prior to BU and IT walkthroughs to ensure alignment with the product design and specs.
  • Help the business units review and approve the User Test Results and manage any test case/scenario that will be deferred or need risk acceptance from BU as may be necessary.
  • Assist the training team in the documentation of product guidelines, and any change in process, as impacted by the new product launch, especially those which has effect on customer servicing, and back-end processing.
  • Conduct T3 (training for trainers) and support product orientations. Conduct post-implementation review of the new product/rider launched together with Actuarial and Product Management teams.
  • Lead resolution of reported production issues related to products as they occur. Support projects on system enhancements as may be required based on product portfolio review. This will cover BRD/user specs up to test results review, guidelines/process update, and post-implementation review.
  • Perform administrative duties related to products such as, but not limited to, update of documents and files related to product inventory and reporting (e.g. product categorization, product inventory, etc.).
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other teams for relevant product-related queries or requirements. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the immediate supervisor to help contribute to meeting operational requirements/KPIs.
