Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support our clients growth across the EMEA region. This role is instrumental in identifying new commercial opportunities, forging high-value partnerships, and supporting the expansion of the groups third-party lounge network. You'll collaborate within a diverse and global environment, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape the company's regional development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across the EMEA region, including emerging markets, trends, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with business partners to support the expansion of new airport lounge locations and hospitality services.

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of professional proposals and presentations, including participation in tenders and contract negotiations.

  • Drive revenue growth, monitor performance against business objectives, and provide insight to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to develop tailored proposals and business cases.

  • Oversee account management, ensuring strong partner engagement and service quality.

About You:
You are a commercially astute professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Your ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver strategic outcomes will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related function.

  • Experience working on international business projects, ideally within aviation, airport hospitality, hotels, or F&B sectors.

  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, market analysis, and contract negotiation.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in another EMEA language is an asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong networker with proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.

  • Willingness to travel for business up to 50%.
