Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join a leading aviation company in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
• Conduct thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and rectification of defects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including GCAA, EASA, or FAA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and operational staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support where required.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and aviation safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (GCAA, EASA Part-66, or FAA A&P).
• Type ratings on one or more of the following aircraft preferred: 777, 787, 320, 350, 380.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
