We have a couple of central Indianapolis-based construction firms who are seeking Senior Project Managers with 7+ years of commercial construction experience to join their team.

Senior Project Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
• Foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish, update, and communicate master schedule and manage its implementation.
• Work with preconstruction team in development of project.
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage and oversee field operation and engineering processes and procedures.
• Drive enforcement of safety protocols by the onsite project staff.
• Ensure pay application process and follow is being issued in a timely manner.
• Keep management informed on progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled operations meetings
• Analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 7 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Experience in large scale projects in excess of $20M
• Previous experience with client-based role
• Communicates effectively
• Ability to turn relationships into business
• Knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam.
• High energy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
