Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms that target audiences use.
- Optimize website content and technical aspects (e.g., page titles, meta descriptions, website structure) for search engines.
- Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites to increase website authority and ranking.
- Monitor website traffic and search engine ranking performance using SEO tools and analytics.
- Stay current on the latest SEO algorithms and best practices to ensure website optimization strategies are effective.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the website.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
