Our client seeks a passionate and engaging Web3 Community Manager to join their team. In this communication-driven role, you will build and manage vibrant online communities around Web3 projects, fostering engagement and brand advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy for Web3 projects or platforms.
• Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media content) to educate and inform the community about Web3 concepts.
• Foster meaningful conversations and interactions within the community, building a strong sense of belonging.
• Organize online and offline events (e.g., AMAs, meetups) to bring the Web3 community together.
• Manage social media channels and online presence to promote Web3 projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address community concerns and issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within the Web3 ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or online engagement.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technology, its applications, and the current Web3 landscape.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with diverse audiences.
• Experience building and managing online communities is essential.
