The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening & Shortlisting: Become an expert at evaluating resumes and conducting effective candidate screenings to identify the best fit.
• Interviewing Ace: Hone your interviewing skills to conduct in-depth interviews and accurately assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Offer Negotiation Champion: Negotiate competitive offers on behalf of your candidates, ensuring a win-win situation for both the candidate and the client.
• Onboarding Expert: Guide and support new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.

Requirements
