Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Optimize production processes to improve output, reduce waste, and lower costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a production team to achieve targets
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
• OSHA 30-hour certification
