Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Grand Rapids seeking Production Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line staff.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of production personnel.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
