Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures to optimize output.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and maintenance to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management
• Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau)
• Bilingual in a relevant language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
