Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, including staffing, material, and equipment needs.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet established standards.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Familiarity with automation and robotics in manufacturing
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
