Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of production associates, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and material flow.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize production efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, such as ERP systems and production monitoring dashboards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior production staff
• Bilingual (especially Spanish)
