Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the St. Johns region seeking Production Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and training.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and meeting production targets.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
