Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top-tier talent for various manufacturing roles through multiple channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track progress, maintain data integrity, and generate reports.
• Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing positions (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades)
• Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates in a competitive market
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific challenges
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume, shop-floor recruitment.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades (e.g., electricians, machinists, welders).
