Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Caledonia region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate tracking, and offer management.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
• Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from shop floor to executive level
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology
• Experience with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or custom reporting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates for highly specialized technical roles.
• Understanding of OFCCP compliance requirements for federal contractors.
