Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality control.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to maximize outreach.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment for diverse manufacturing positions (e.g., operators, engineers, technicians).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
