Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Shop Foremans who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and management on process improvements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to shop personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various manufacturing machinery

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing certification or demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with CNC programming or operating advanced manufacturing equipment
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
• Proficiency in a CAD/CAM software package
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language common in manufacturing environments
