Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train shop floor personnel on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Schedule and prioritize production tasks to meet manufacturing deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure product specifications are met.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished goods, optimizing stock levels.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading a team and collaborating with other departments

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software for reviewing designs.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior technicians.
