Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming raw materials and components against purchase orders.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment schedules.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks with valid certification
• Demonstrated ability to use inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management
• Forklift certification (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck)
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations (e.g., customs documentation, Incoterms)
• Proficiency in using barcode scanning technology
