Salary Range: $53,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and prepare weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare and analyze various financial reports, including cost analysis for production.
• Support external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
