Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and implement statistical process controls and other data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Six Sigma principles and methodologies throughout the organization.
• Present project progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with statistical software packages beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python, JMP).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience in a high-volume, continuous improvement manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in process improvement.
