Salary Range: $59,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Rockford that are seeking skilled Staff Accountants. Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank statements and various balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparing supporting schedules.
• Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain fixed asset sub-ledger and calculate monthly depreciation.
• Support inventory costing and reconciliation activities.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
