Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build internal capabilities and promote best practices.
• Monitor and report on key project metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely achievement of benefits.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• Experience integrating Six Sigma with Lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Change Management.
