Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure successful integration into manufacturing operations.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build organizational capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of lean principles and tools within projects to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Present project progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification or equivalent experience mentoring Six Sigma projects.
• Proven track record of leading and completing at least 5 complex Black Belt projects with significant, quantifiable financial impact.
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R) for data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop Green Belts and project teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management for large-scale improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Experience applying Six Sigma principles in an Industry 4.0 or digital manufacturing environment.
