Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Production Supervisors. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production line personnel.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of production associates
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in safety protocols and quality control standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
• OSHA 30-hour certification
