Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Project Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including budget and timeline management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Experience managing projects in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO, FDA).
