Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Install and configure new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop maintenance schedules.
• Optimize robot programs for improved efficiency and quality.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.
• Train production staff on basic robot operation and safety procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for robotic systems, including PLCs, sensors, motors, and controllers.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and calibration of robotic equipment.
• Basic programming skills for robotic path modification and I/O configuration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Certification in robotics or a related field (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa)
• Basic proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C++)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
