Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate and troubleshoot robotic systems on the production line.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial robots and their peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotics.
- Program and re-program robot paths and sequences for manufacturing tasks.
- Document maintenance activities, repair procedures, and system performance.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize robotic processes and improve efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
- Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
- Certification in robotics from a recognized institution (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa Motoman).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with 3D CAD software for robot cell design or simulation.
