Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate and troubleshoot robotic systems on the production line.
• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial robots and their peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotics.
• Program and re-program robot paths and sequences for manufacturing tasks.
• Document maintenance activities, repair procedures, and system performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize robotic processes and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Certification in robotics from a recognized institution (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa Motoman).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with 3D CAD software for robot cell design or simulation.
