Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, contract negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the entire supply chain.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and improving on-time delivery
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
