Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes to align production with customer orders.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Multilingual, particularly in languages relevant to global suppliers or markets.
