Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mattawan that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
• Develop and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA) are a plus

• ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Experience with advanced quality tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC software)
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the manufacturing workforce
