Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Develops, implements, and maintains quality control processes and procedures.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitors and analyzes quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Manages the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQM/OE, CQA)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce or customer base
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
