Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control activities and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and records.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and processes.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends and issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 13485 or AS9100 quality management systems
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, SPC XL)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other relevant languages
