Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for automated manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications for operator control and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and industrial control systems to resolve production issues.
- Configure and integrate industrial communication networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) for device connectivity.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to define control system requirements and optimize automation solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and modifications to PLC hardware and software.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation systems.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
