Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• Conduct testing and validation of packaging materials and designs to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to integrate packaging requirements.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities in packaging materials, processes, and designs.
• Develop and maintain packaging specifications, standards, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot packaging-related issues on the production line and implement corrective actions.
• Research and evaluate new packaging technologies and materials for potential application.
• Ensure all packaging designs comply with industry regulations and company sustainability goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software for packaging design.
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) testing protocols.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
