Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Administer new hire onboarding paperwork and facilitate HR-related administrative tasks.
- Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements for manufacturing leadership.

Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or reporting.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and record-keeping.
- Project coordination experience, particularly for small-scale facility improvements or events.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical documents or blueprints.
