Salary Range: $56,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain office facilities, ensuring a functional and safe work environment.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement, optimizing cost and availability.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, and events for leadership and staff.
  • Administer new hire onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors and visitors.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.
  • Support manufacturing operations with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Proven experience managing office operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with inventory management and procurement of office supplies and equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
  • Ability to coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships specific to manufacturing supplies or services.
