Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, negotiating with vendors.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
  • Administer new hire onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
  • Support HR functions by assisting with benefits administration and policy communication.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and phone calls.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, including supply chain, equipment maintenance, and facility oversight.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.
