Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain office facilities, ensuring a functional and safe work environment.
  • Manage office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Administer various office systems, including mail distribution and record-keeping.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, particularly with office setup and orientation.
  • Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks and document management.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with inventory management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSHA)
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience coordinating facility maintenance or vendor services
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
