Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
• Configure and integrate HMI applications for operator interface.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to define control system requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of control system components.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation for PLC programs and control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in HMI/SCADA development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Experience with robotic integration and programming is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA and HMI systems beyond basic programming
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP)
• Proficiency in other programming languages relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Python, C# for data analysis or integration)
• Experience with robotic integration and programming in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems
