Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demands and achieve operational targets.
• Prepare and manage plant budgets, controlling expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Fluency in Spanish or another relevant second language
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-site or matrixed organizational structure
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
