Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Plant Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes and reduce waste.
- Prepare and manage the plant budget, including capital expenditures and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, AI).
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the company's global operations or workforce.
