Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations for production and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff.
• Monitor and control the plant budget, including capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with supply chain and sales to meet production targets and customer demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and capital projects

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
• Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Fluency in Spanish or another relevant second language
• Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing automation technologies
