Salary Range: $143,000 - $194,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations for optimal production.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and raw materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project management experience, particularly related to capital projects or process improvements
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing environments
