Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of fabrication projects, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide fabrication processes.
• Operate and maintain a variety of fabrication equipment, including welders, grinders, and cutting tools.
• Conduct quality inspections of fabricated components, identifying and resolving non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Manage material inventory for fabrication projects, ensuring availability and minimizing waste.
