Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Facilities Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage facility-related projects, including new construction, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
• Optimize space utilization and layout to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing and maintaining complex industrial equipment and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order management and preventive maintenance.
