Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption.
- Supervise and train facilities staff, including technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services and supplies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
